Records are added per property — create a property, then attach each certificate, permit, or policy. There’s no bulk import yet, so an existing spreadsheet means entering records by hand.
Nothing is deleted. Your properties and records stay visible when a subscription ends or a trial lapses — only creating new records is gated until billing resumes. You can export your full account data as JSON from Settings anytime.
No — Tusk is a flat $49/month or $499/year for unlimited properties. One property or two hundred, same price.
Yes — a card is required, but you won’t be charged until the 14-day trial ends. Cancel anytime before that and pay nothing.
Yes. Every organization’s data is isolated to its own team — only the people you invite can see your records. That’s enforced at the data layer, not just hidden behind a UI filter.
A property is a single building — an apartment complex, office building, or retail center. It holds its own compliance records — certificates, permits, policies — so every deadline for that building lives in one place.
